What this site is
Southwest Florida Gated Communities is an independent, informational directory. We publish records-based guides to gated communities and a directory of local businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business, and we are not affiliated with any HOA, developer, government agency, or listed business unless expressly stated.
Accuracy and “verify it yourself”
We build our guides from public records and cite our sources, and we print license and record numbers so you can verify them yourself. Even so, records change and errors happen. Content is provided “as is,” for general information only, and is not professional, legal, financial, tax, real-estate, or insurance advice. Always confirm anything that matters (HOA rules and fees, taxes, flood zones, licenses, hours, availability) directly with the official source or the business before you rely on it.
