Second, despite the name and the address, this is not the Bell Tower shopping center; the community sits just off Daniels Parkway near the Bell Tower Shops in the unincorporated South Fort Myers area, which is a genuine convenience — you are minutes from that retail and dining and only about six and a half miles from Southwest Florida International Airport.
The amenities are the everyday, all-ages kind, all owned by the Bell Tower Park Property Owners' Association: a community center, two heated pools with spas, tennis, a basketball court, four pickleball courts, bocce, a fitness center and access to the Ten Mile Canal linear trail that runs along the community's edge. There is no golf course and no age restriction; the appeal is a low-maintenance, amenity-served lifestyle close to the geographic center of Fort Myers rather than a country club.
