About Riverstone
Riverstone is a gated community of 945 residential parcels in Naples, built around an approximately 13,000 sq ft clubhouse.
Amenities — resort amenities owned by the Riverstone at Naples Homeowners Association (list compiled from GL Homes and community materials; confirm current amenities with the association) — include an approximately 13,000 sq ft clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool and a separate lap pool, a splash park / children's water area, indoor and outdoor tennis, plus pickleball and basketball courts, a fitness center and social rooms, a full-time on-site lifestyle/management team, a gated entry off Logan Boulevard North.
On paper, the community sits in evacuation zone E.
Riverstone is a useful community to understand by what it is not. It is not a golf community, and it is not a waterfront one — two things buyers often assume of a gated Naples address. It is an inland, family-oriented neighborhood of about 800 single-family homes off Logan Boulevard North in North Naples, built by GL Homes in the mid-2010s, with its center of gravity a large clubhouse rather than a golf course or a boat dock. If you are looking for a resort-amenity lifestyle without the cost and commitment of a bundled golf membership, that absence is the point; if you specifically want golf or boating, this is not the address for it.
What Riverstone offers instead is one of the more complete amenity packages in its price range. The clubhouse runs to roughly 13,000 square feet and anchors a resort-style pool and a separate lap pool, a children's splash area, a fitness center, social rooms, and — unusually for the area — both indoor and outdoor tennis, alongside pickleball and basketball. A full-time on-site lifestyle and management team programs the calendar. The community is genuinely family-oriented and all-ages, which distinguishes it from the many age-restricted and golf-bundled communities nearby, and it draws a mix of year-round families and seasonal residents.
On governance, Riverstone is a community we can recommend on the ground our directory cares about most: it is resident-controlled. GL Homes registered the association back in 2004 and built the homes out over roughly 2013 to 2016, and the state corporate record now shows an owner board rather than a builder slate. The association is active, its officers are individuals listed at the community's own clubhouse address on Seven Seas Boulevard — not at GL Homes' corporate offices — and the community runs with an on-site general manager under an owner-controlled board. Its registered agent is a community-association law firm. In plain terms, the developer has moved on and the people who live here set the budget and the rules.
A few honest notes on the data below. Riverstone is an inland lake community, so its appeal is the setting and the amenities, not water access. The automated county figures — residential parcels within the mapped boundary, evacuation and flood zones, who provides water and power, trash days, and the nearest schools, hospitals, and parks — are pulled from Collier County and utility sources and stamped with where each number came from. Because the mapped boundary is drawn from the community's county address points rather than a recorded plat line, the parcel count reflects that footprint and may differ slightly from the roughly 800 homes GL Homes built. Items we could not confirm from an official source, such as a public HOA phone line and a resident portal, are marked as placeholders rather than guessed at.
