About Stonecreek
Stonecreek is a gated community of 642 residential parcels in Naples, built around a resort clubhouse.
Amenities — resort amenities owned by the Stonecreek Property Owners Association (list compiled from GL Homes and community materials; confirm current amenities with the association) — include a resort clubhouse, an indoor sports court (basketball/volleyball), a resort-style pool and a separate lap pool, a children's splash area, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a full-time on-site management/lifestyle team, a gated entry off Immokalee Road.
On paper, the community sits in evacuation zone E.
Stonecreek belongs to a specific and increasingly popular category in North Naples: the gated, all-ages, resort-amenity family community with no golf attached. Built by GL Homes between about 2016 and 2019 off Immokalee Road, it is roughly 750 homes organized not around a golf course or a boat basin but around a clubhouse — and for a certain buyer, that is exactly the point. If you want the security of a gate, a full slate of resort amenities, and a family-friendly neighborhood without paying for a golf membership you won't use, this is the kind of address built for you. If golf or water access is the reason you're moving to Naples, it isn't here.
The amenity package is the draw. Stonecreek's clubhouse is unusual in offering an indoor sports court — a real advantage in a Southwest Florida summer — alongside the expected resort-style pool, a separate lap pool, a children's splash area, tennis and pickleball, and a fitness center, all run by a full-time on-site team. The community is genuinely all-ages and family-oriented, which sets it apart from the many age-restricted and golf-bundled communities nearby, and it draws a mix of year-round families and seasonal residents. It is an inland community, so its appeal is the setting and the amenities rather than boating.
On governance, Stonecreek meets the standard our directory cares about most: it is resident-controlled. GL Homes — like many production builders — typically keeps board control through buildout, so turnover here is worth confirming, and the record does. The state corporate filing shows the Stonecreek Property Owners Association active since 2015 with an officer slate of individual homeowners listed at the community's own clubhouse address, and its registered agent is a community-association law firm rather than the builder. We checked the one ambiguity a buyer might reasonably raise — the clubhouse address is shared with the on-site management company’s office — and confirmed the officers are resident owners, not management staff (the association's treasurer matches a Collier County owner-occupant record; the community’s professional manager is a separate person). In plain terms, the people setting the budget and the rules live here.
A note on the data below. Because the mapped boundary is hand-traced from the community's footprint against aerial imagery and county address points rather than a recorded plat line, the residential-parcel count reflects that footprint and may differ modestly from the roughly 750 homes GL Homes built. Everything else — evacuation and flood zones, who provides water and power, trash days, and the nearest schools, hospitals and parks — is pulled from Collier County and utility sources and stamped with where each number came from. Items we could not confirm from an official source, such as a public HOA phone line and a resident portal, are marked as placeholders rather than guessed at.
