TwinEaglesAbout

About TwinEagles

TwinEagles is a gated community of 1,111 residential parcels in Naples, built around two championship golf courses — the Talon (Jack Nicklaus Signature) and the Eagle (Steve Smyers).

Amenities — amenities under the TwinEagles Homeowners Association; the two golf courses are operated by The TwinEagles Club (list compiled from community materials; confirm current amenities and membership terms with the association/club) — include two championship golf courses — the Talon (Jack Nicklaus Signature) and the Eagle (Steve Smyers), a large clubhouse with dining, a resort-style pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce, a fitness center and spa, a full-time lifestyle team, a manned/guarded gated entry on Twin Eagles Boulevard.

On paper, the community sits in evacuation zone E.

TwinEagles is a large, established golf community at the northeast edge of Naples, and two facts frame it more usefully than the brochure does. First, it is genuinely a golf community — built by The Ronto Group from 2002 around two championship courses, the Nicklaus-designed Talon and the Smyers-designed Eagle, spread over more than a thousand acres. Second, and less obvious, the golf and the neighborhood are run by two different organizations: The TwinEagles Club operates the courses, while the TwinEagles Homeowners Association governs the residential community. That separation matters when you read the governing documents and the dues, because you are dealing with two entities, not one.

The community itself is spacious and low-density by Naples standards — roughly 1,100 homes across about a dozen sub-neighborhoods on 1,100-plus acres, which leaves room for the two courses, lakes and preserve that give the place its character. It is all-ages and gated, with a manned entry, a large clubhouse and dining, a resort pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce, and a fitness center and spa. The appeal is a country-club lifestyle with elbow room, further out than the built-up coastal corridor but still within reach of it; the trade-off is that "further out" location, which some buyers want and others don't.

On governance, TwinEagles is a mature, resident-run community rather than a builder-controlled one — the standard our directory weighs most heavily. The state corporate record shows the TwinEagles Homeowners Association active since 2002, with its most recent annual report filed in 2026 and a large board of individual residents listed at the community's own clubhouse address on Twin Eagles Boulevard — consistent with the community's structure of roughly one representative per neighborhood. Its registered agent is a community-association law firm, and the developer's golf and land entities under the Ronto Group are separate corporations that do not sit on the homeowners' board. In plain terms, the developer built and moved on, and the residents govern the neighborhood.

A note on the numbers below. Because the mapped boundary is hand-traced from the community's footprint against aerial imagery and county address points rather than a recorded plat line, it takes in the homes plus the two golf courses and preserve that belong to the community, and the residential-parcel count reflects that footprint. It is an all-ages community, and golf is run by the separate club — see the FAQ on membership before assuming a given home's obligations. Everything else — evacuation and flood zones, who provides water and power, trash days, and the nearest schools, hospitals and parks — is pulled from Collier County and utility sources and stamped with where each number came from. Items we could not confirm from an official source, such as a public HOA phone line and a resident portal, are marked as placeholders rather than guessed at.
