The second is that the naming can genuinely confuse a listing or tax-bill search. Seeing "Arborwood CDD" on a Botanica Lakes parcel is correct, not an error — it reflects the master development plan, not a different community. Botanica Lakes itself is a consistent product: a roughly 105-acre gated community of 685 single-family homes built by GL Homes, with build years clustered between 2006 and 2016. There is no bundled golf club here — the recreation is self-contained and HOA-owned, a courtyard-style clubhouse anchoring a 7-acre recreation area with a resort-style pool, a fitness center, and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Owners fund those amenities through the association rather than a separate club membership.
